Global Delaware is an initiative of the Delaware Department of State, Division of Corporate and International Development. It was created to achieve three primary goals – help Delaware companies develop markets overseas, attract foreign companies to establish operations in Delaware, and strengthen and expand Delaware’s role as leader in corporate governance. Global Delaware takes a vital role in transforming the region's economy and building a prosperous global center for innovation.
